How to Login

Welcome and thank you for joining eCommerce University.

To get started, you’ll need to enter the login details you have created while registering your account on the eCommerce University website. Please watch the screencast for guidance on how to log in and start the training.

How to Join the Student Support Facebook Group

Join our Students Facebook Group. Send a “Join Group” request and don’t forget to provide the required details in the request form. It is very important that you provide that information. It enables us to know if you’re really a bonafide eCommerce University Student.

How to use the My Account page

Once you’ve successfully logged in to the website click on the “My Account” text as shown below.


View your Course Progress

To view your course progress go to the My Account menu and click on My Courses.

You’ll be able to view your eCommerce University Dashboard. This gives you access to your courses, lessons and quiz results. Check your course completion progress and see what the next lessons are.

How to View Your Course Completion Transcript

Go to My Account menu click on My Transcript menu.

View a simple or detailed table mode of your transcripts.

Details include the course progress percentage, the completion date, and both your average and final quiz scores.

How to Find Your First Course

To get started you can go to My Account which will lists the lessons to work on.

How to Continue With the Next Course

After working on some lessons and you wish to proceed with the other topics, you can simply go back to My Account to access the other lessons which you haven’t started.

Contacting eCommerce University for lesson help is only a click away. You have five options:

Quizzes & Assignments

How do Quizzes Work?

Each course has several lessons and each lesson has a quiz at the end of it.

These quizzes are basically meant to gauge your understanding of the subject lesson. You only have two attempts to complete each lesson quiz. A pass mark of 60% is required.

The transcript below is an example of how failed quizzes will affect your completion ratings. Your quiz score also reflects your knowledge, if you really understood key lesson points. And take note, your future employers will get to see which lessons you failed and passed.

How do ePortfolio Assignments Work?

Some lessons end with an assignment. For the simple reason that the best way to learn something is by trying to do it. Practice makes perfect, right?

Though assignments are optional, it’s important to complete them because employers are looking for people able to provide evidence of their skills.

You can use your completed assignment as a work sample.

After completing your course, you’ll have an opportunity to create an ePortfolio in eCommerce.Expert that employers can look at together with your transcripts and then gauge your skills.

Without work samples, your ePortfolio will not stand out. And you may end up missing out on the much desired “you are hired”.

How to Track Your Lesson Results via the Transcript

To locate your lesson Transcript, just go to “My Account” as shown on the screenshots below. You can view your transcript either in simple or detailed option.

Here is an example of a simple view of a transcript.

The second example is the detailed record of a transcript which will show all the lessons progress and quiz results as well as your corresponding completion date.

Graduation

What Happens After Graduation?

Upon graduation from eCommerce University, your resume will be uploaded to the eCommerce Expert directory. Here you will be promoted to your future employer.

You can also view the job board list and start applying for suitable jobs. And while at it, check out the this comprehensive eCommerce Salary Guide.

How to Print Certificate with Your Name Included

As soon as you have completed the course, you will see the “Your Certificates” button  on the My Account page. It’s a customised certificate with your name and the course you have completed.

You need to download the PDF file and save it on your computer for printing. Refer to the screenshot below on how to find the certificate button.

How to Create an eCommerce Expert Profile and Get A Job

If you would like to be listed in the eCommerce Expert graduate directory we can help you get an online job.

Step 1: Fill in the Graduate Survey Form. This then kick starts your eCommerce Expert profile. Remember, you can gradually fill the form as you go along with your studies.

How to Get Promoted to Employers (Watch Facebook Group)

To stay updated and well-informed on all the latest job announcements, watch the eCommerce University Students Facebook Group. All the latest jobs are posted there.

Should I Keep My Student Subscription?

Cancelling means everything disappears. Keep access to new lessons and also support community.

Therefore, it’s very important to keep your subscription. Why? Because you’ll get unlimited access to all the courses, lessons, quizzes, assignments, and certifications at any time of the day.

An active subscription also gets you to see first-hand if there are new lessons or updates added to your chosen learning path

You will, as well, get first-hand support from the eCommerce University Team.

On the other hand, cancellation can’t be reversed. Once you cancel your account all your data, completed quizzes and awarded certificates will be deleted instantly and permanently.
